Bushcare
Do you enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of the bush?
Do you enjoy being outdoors and meeting like-minded people?
Bushcare is a great way to positively contribute to our local bushland area's and learn more about the plants and animals that call them home. Redland City Council supplies all tools and equipment, opportunities for training, field trips and social events as well as a Bushcare Officer to assist your group with expertise and resources.
A group of people working just a couple of hours a month can make a huge improvement to the bushland habitat in your area. Our Bushcare teams work to an agreed anual plan, ensuring their efforts are put to best use. With more than 40 groups in the Redlands, there's bound to be one near you.
