Grey Gum Garden


Plants in this garden grow naturally on shallow rocky soils in the Mt Cotton and Sheldon areas.
The main trees are spotted gum (Corymbia citriodora), grey gum (Eucalyptus major), and the broad leafed ironbark (Eucalyptus fibrosa).
 
In winter, the understory in these forests is a mass of yellow with pea flowered shrubs and wattles.
